Elsie Brooksher McKinney, 90, of Mt. Juliet, handed away on Friday September 9, 2022, at American Home Assisted Residing in Lebanon.
Funeral providers had been performed Monday September twelfth at 2:00 p.m. within the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Residence with Pastor Tony Rogers-Sirten and Pastor Paul Gunn officiating. Interment adopted within the Bellwood Cemetery in Adams with Danny Bourne, Mike Fowler, Randy Brooksher, Bruce Brooksher, Randy Ghee, and Randy Jones serving as pallbearers. Mrs. McKinney was born August 21, 1932, in Guthrie, KY to the late Joseph Morgan and Mary Myrtle Chandler Brooksher. She was the fifth of 9 kids, was raised in Adams, TN, and was a graduate of Jo Byrns Excessive Faculty Class of 1951. She married Morton C. McKinney on June 6, 1954. Mrs. McKinney retired from the State of Tennessee Division of Employment Safety in 1990, after a few years of devoted service. She beloved working in her flower backyard, was a member of Tusculum Hills Baptist Church, and was a member of Polio Hero’s. Along with her dad and mom and husband, she was preceded in dying by her siblings: J.W., Billy, Virginia, Irene, Dorothy, and Juanita.
Mrs. McKinney is survived by her son: Steven C. McKinney (Mike) of Mt. Juliet, by her sisters: Sue Dempsey of Murfreesboro and Inez Allen of Previous Hickory, and by quite a few nieces and nephews.

Don obtained his CFP diploma from Phoenix College in 1989, and was employed as CFP IDS Inc., American Specific, and Ameriprise Monetary from 1989 till 2015. He was the proprietor of Lad & Dad Males’s Retailer from 1973 to 2005. Don was a member and Previous Grasp of Western Star Lodge #9 for 43 years and was a member of Mt. Sharon Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He loved cooking and watching College of Kentucky basketball and soccer. Don beloved the Lord, his household, his canine Murphy, and his mates.
Along with his dad and mom, he was preceded in dying by his daughter: Allison Toutges. Don is survived by his spouse and soulmate: Janice Binkley Morgan of Greenbrier, by his daughter: Ashley Morgan Espresso, by “the Boys” Brandon Stagner and Daniel Stagner and spouse Kelsey, by his grandchildren: Easton, Dawson, Ava, Avery, Grace, Annabelle, and candy Leah who will arrive in December, by his loving sister: Wilma Jean Gentry of Franklin, KY, by his nephews: David Gentry and John Gentry and spouse Kathi, by the mom of his kids and expensive good friend: Sandye Torphy of Mt. Mr. Pryor was a veteran of the US Military having served through the Vietnam Warfare. He was of the Episcopalian religion.

Mrs. Wix is survived by her husband, James L. Wix; sons, Michael Wayne (Patricia) Wix and David G. Mr. Poole was born February 12, 1956 in Springfield to the late Walter Edward and Molly Marie Gibbs Poole. He served on the HOPE Middle for a few years and knew the Bible very nicely. He had an awesome coronary heart and beloved everybody.
Along with his father or mother Mr. Poole is preceded in dying by his sisters, Sandra Watson and Pam Poole. She was a member of Principal Avenue Church of Christ the place she labored at Mother’s Day Out and taught the nursery class throughout Sunday Faculty.
