She was a 1961 graduate of Isaac Litton Excessive Faculty and graduated from Tennessee Tech in 1965. Her ardour and love for educating exceeded 20 years within the Robertson County Faculty system. She was a member of Springfield Baptist Church for over 54 years and a member of the Dr. Tom Onstott Sunday Faculty Class. By the years, she served on numerous committees of her church. She was a longtime supporter of Springfield Excessive Faculty Athletics and infrequently missed the chance to cheer on Yellow Jacket soccer. She believed that giving again to the neighborhood was part of one’s mission to serve others. Frances was a Federation Board member of the Glenn Memorial Girls’s Golf equipment.
