William was born in Springfield, Tennessee on August 24, 1930 to the late WP and Fairey Mae Pulliam. He peacefully departed this life on Wednesday April 22, 2020. Three siblings preceded in his loss of life; Ada B. Frazier, Mary Keys and Robert Pulliam.

He was a graduate of Bransford Excessive College of Springfield, TN the place he met his loving spouse Floretta.
