Along with his mother and father Mr. Armstrong is preceded in loss of life by his spouse, Mildred Clark Armstrong, his sister, Sarah Woods, and his brother, James Savage Armstrong. Mr. Armstrong is survived by his daughters and their husbands, Theresa and Larry Adams of Springfield and Donna and Joe MacLeod of Cedar Hill; grandchildren, Amy and husband Darrell Boyles, Logan Adams, Taylor MacLeod and Peyton MacLeod; and great-grandchildren, Sidder Boyles and Tuff Boyles, and Levi Adams.

He was a veteran of the USA Military and a member of Clarksville Freeway Church of Christ the place he was one of many first Elders and continued in that place for a few years. He additionally served for 18 years on the Board of Administrators for the Joyful Hills Boys Ranch.
He’s survived by his spouse of 68 years, Peggy Claud; sons, Duane (Jan) Claud, Travis (Cynthia) Claud, and Reggie (Jackie) Claud; brother, Dorris (Marjorie) Claud; grandchildren, Regina (Michael) Hampton, Holly (Sam) Shrewsbury, Moriah Claud, Libby (Cody) Harris, Kathryn (Orval) Chesnut, Drew Claud, Alex Claud, and Venisa Renfro; and eight great-grandchildren.

William Eugene Clark age 84 of Hendersonville, handed away Monday, September 21, 2020 on the Tri Star Hendersonville Medical Middle. Mr. Clark was an avid Michigan Wolverine fan and loved looking and taking part in pool. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and at all times a household first sort of individual.
Mr. Clark was preceded in loss of life by his mother and father, Raymond and Gertrude Clark; and a sister, Verta MacDonald.
He’s survived by his spouse of 66 years, Barbara Clark; son, William Clark, Jr.; daughters, Cathy (Robert) Cantrell, Donna Stofer, Maryl (Richard) Jones, Elizabeth (Thomas) Parham, and Jenny Clark; a brother, Ronald Clark; 8 grandchildren and 9 nice grandchildren.
