Mr. Gibson was a member of White Home Church of Christ. He was an artist/painter and he beloved enjoying and watching sports activities, boxing, soccer, basketball and softball.
He’s preceded in dying by his dad and mom; brother, Robert Earl Gibson; granddaughter, Tracy Gibson. He’s survived by his loving spouse of 64 years, Betty Gibson, White Home, TN; son, Steven Gibson, Knoxville, TN; daughters, Rhonda (David) Gourley, Portland, TN and Sharon Gibson, White Home, TN; grandchild, Morgan Carter; 5 nice grandchildren, Lexie, Jordan, Rylan, Hudson and Roman.
A memorial service was held Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 2pm at White Home Church of Christ with Bro. David Swanger officiating. Inurnment was on the White Home Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation was Saturday, January 28, 2023 12-2pm on the church. Memorial contributions are inspired to White Home Church of Christ for his or her parking zone fund.

Mary Elizabeth Farmer Montgomery, age 94, of Union, Kentucky, previously of Nice View, died Monday, January 16, 2023 at her house.
Funeral providers have been carried out at Austin & Bell Funeral Dwelling in Nice View at 1:00PM on Saturday, January twenty first, with Bro. Paul Edwards and Bro. Jeff Weaver officiating. Burial adopted in Nice View United Methodist Church Cemetery with members of the family serving as pallbearers.
The household acquired buddies on the funeral house on Saturday from 11:00AM till the hour of service at 1:00PM.
Mrs. Montgomery was born on April 6, 1928, in Montgomery, Alabama, to the late Pullman & Fannie Corridor Kelly. She was a retired gross sales affiliate with Belk Division Retailer. She had an awesome love for her crochet group and her church household at Nice View United Methodist the place she was a longtime member, and for her many buddies at StoryPoint Senior Residing in Union, KY.
Along with her dad and mom, she is preceded in dying by her first husband, James R. Farmer; second husband, Douglas Montgomery; son, Paul Farmer; daughter, Gloria Farmer; and 7 siblings.
Survivors embody her son, James (Susan) Farmer; granddaughter, Melissa (Don) Gorbandt; and grandsons, Aaron (Sherri) Tice, Eric (Crystal) Farmer, and Scott (Teresa) Farmer; seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Shirley Prince Evans, age 86, of Smyrna, and previously of Greenbrier, handed away Monday, January 16, 2023 at her house.
Funeral providers have been held Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 2pm on the Rock Springs Baptist Church in Greenbrier with Brother Randy Harmon and Brother Robert Tyson officiating. Burial adopted within the Springfield Memorial Gardens with Dink Grogan, Mark Pinkleton, Joe Ford, John Maynard, Brent Bruce and Jesse Moles serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers have been James Nash, Bob Wooten and Jacky Webster.
Visitation was held on the church on Thursday from 12noon till the hour of service at 2pm.
Mrs. Evans was born October 18, 1936 in Rienzi, MS to the late William R. and Mary Rinehart Prince. She labored in training for over 30 years serving as a instructor and steerage counselor at Greenbrier Excessive College. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. She beloved her church and taught Sunday College Class there for a few years.
Along with her dad and mom Mrs. Evans is preceded in dying by her son, David Evans and her brother, William Prince. Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband of 64 years, Brother Frank Evans; son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Cara Evans; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Angela Prince, Tommy and Treva Prince, and Charles and Kay Prince; sisters and brother-in-law, Jane Browand and Kathy and Jerry Gately; grandchildren, Shelby Evans, Benjamin (Kelsea) Evans, and Alyssa Evans; and great-grandchildren, Emerson Evans and Pippa Evans.

Obituary for Norman Keith Shelton
Age 69 of White Home went house to be with the Lord Monday, January 16, 2023 at Hendersonville Medical Middle. He was born Might 31, 1953 in Nashville, TN to Harlan and Dorothy Brooks Shelton. He retired with 31 years of service as a police officer, having served 14 years for the White Home Police Division after which 17 years with the Belle Meade Police Division, the place he retired. He loved woodworking, vegetable gardening, mowing his yard, touring to the seaside, watching Andy Griffith and The Three Stooges and he was an avid Beatles fan. Most of all he adored his 4 grandchildren and loved spending time with them.. He was a member of White Home Church of Christ.
Norman is preceded in dying by his dad and mom and an toddler grandson. He’s survived by his loving spouse of 49 years, Debbie Shelton, White Home, TN; sons, Josh (Sara) Shelton, Cottontown, TN Jason (Hope) Shelton, Murfreesboro, TN and Jonathan Shelton, White Home, TN; brother, Dean (Tina) Shelton, Nashville, TN; sisters, Linda (Wayne) Veach, Murfreesboro, TN and Carolyn Ivey, Huntsville, AL; 4 grandchildren, Wally Shelton, Birdie Shelton, Roscoe Shelton and Porter Shelton; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service was held Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 1pm at White Home Church of Christ with Bro. David Swanger, Bro. Matt Shouse and Bro. Keith Barnett officiating. Interment adopted in White Home Memorial Gardens with Chuck Williams, David Hindman, Pat Brady, Chuck Davis, Mike Cummings, Wade West and Matt Williamson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers have been his Bojangles and Hardee’s buddies and previous and current members of the Belle Meade and White Home Police Departments. Visitation was held Wednesday, January 18, 2023 4-8pm and Thursday, January 19, 2023 10am till the hour of the service on the church.
