Mr. Meadows was born on January 31, 1943 in Richlands, Virginia to the late Edward “Bud” Allen and Oma Pugh Meadows. He was a retired electrical engineer with the phone firm, and was a veteran of america Navy having served within the Vietnam Warfare. Mr. Meadows was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Nashville for 40 years.

Along with his mother and father, he’s preceded in demise by his sister, Anne Augustine; and step-mother, Pauline Meadows.
