Mr. Garrett was preceded in demise by his spouse Shirley Ann Albert Garrett; his dad and mom Robert Elmer and Claudia Almedee (Allie) Hardaway Garrett; Brothers James (J.D.), Porter, Homer, Floyd, Clyde, Roger, and Ray Garrett; and Sister Ruth Garrett Bolton.

Age 74 of Pulaski, previously of Cross Plains, handed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Ivy Crest Assisted Dwelling in Pulaski, TN. She was born June 30, 1947 in Nashville, TN to Robert Edward and Bessie Louise Binkley McKnight.
She was of the Pentecostal religion. She is preceded in demise by her dad and mom; husband, James Gary McNeese; daughter, Teri L. Groezinger; 5 brothers, James, William, Elmer, Charles and Robert. She is survived by her daughter, Mitzi Darlene (Donald) Younger, Antioch, TN; grandson, Justin Tyler (Kaitlin) Younger, Pulaski, TN; great-granddaughter, Elaina Younger, Pulaski, TN.
A Graveside service and interment have been held Monday, September 13, 2021 at 11am in Forest Garden Memorial Gardens, with household and pals serving as pallbearers and with Bro. Ben Butero officiating.

Ermie Roy Proctor, age 59, of Chapmansboro, Tennessee died Monday, September 7, 2021 at his dwelling.

Mr. Proctor was born on September 22, 1961 in Clarksville, Tennessee to the late Roy & Dorothy Groves Proctor. He was self-employed and was a jack of all trades. He cherished to play bingo and going to yard gross sales.
