ROBERTSON/MONTGOMERY COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn Information) – Robertson and Montgomery County officers are at the moment looking for Franklin Luppe, 83, final seen Tuesday morning.
Mr. Luppe was final seen within the 1000 block of North Stroudsville Street sporting blue denims and a brown polo shirt.
He’s 5 ft 10 inches tall, weighs 150 kilos, with grey hair and brown eyes.
