Springfield Bowling Alley Proprietor Keith L. Schultz, Jr Dies, He Was 82
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn Information) – One other piece of Robertson County historical past has left the constructing. On March 1st Springfield Skating Rink Proprietor LaJune Dever handed away, she was 79. Now Keith L. Schultz, Jr, the proprietor of the Springfield Bowling Alley has died.
Keith died at Centennial Medical Heart in Nashville after a brief sickness on March 18, on the age of 82. Funeral companies shall be held on Thursday, March twenty fourth at 2:00 p.m. within the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Residence. Full obituary.
Keith was born June 14, 1939, in Logan, Ohio. In keeping with his obituary, Keith was a Christian first, then a statesman and scholar. He graduated from Logan Excessive College and attended The Ohio State College. A person that liked and served the Lord by studying his Bible, praying and sharing his phrase of Scripture along with his Sunday College Class, and as a Lay Speaker. 
In his retirement, Keith bought Spin A Pin Lanes Bowling Heart from Mac and Evelyn Felts. He was the second proprietor and offered it when he retired to Marathon Oil Firm, which is now Speedway. Whereas proudly owning the Bowling Heart, he donated his time and lanes free for any little one within the college system that needed to learn to bowl.
He liked Springfield and needed to see it develop. He grew to become an alderman for his ward and later grew to become Vice Mayor for the Metropolis. Along with serving the Metropolis of Springfield, Keith needed to serve his nation by being a part of the Metropolis, County, and State elections by being an Officer at a voting precinct. He was trying ahead to serving with the upcoming elections.
