COOPERTOWN TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn Information) –Two teenagers have been charged following an alleged kidnapping and Aggravated-Sexual-Battery of a 12-year-old Coopertown woman.
Robert Alan Nutter, 19, of Ashland Metropolis, was arrested and charged with Particularly-Aggravated-Kidnapping, Aggravated-Sexual-Battery, Particularly-Aggravated-Sexual-Exploitation-of-a-Minor, and Contributing-to-the-Delinquency-of-a-Minor.
His alleged confederate, Robert Deshawn Trice, 18, additionally of Ashland Metropolis, was charged with Contributing to the Delinquency-of-a-Minor, surrounding incidents that occurred on March 31, 2019, involving a 12-year-old Coopertown feminine.
