TWRA-> ATTN Fisherman: The Trout Are In Springfield
SPRINGFIELD/ROBERTSON COUNTY: (Smokey Barn Information) – TWRA Sport Warden Kaleb Stratton tells Smokey Barn Information that the trout are in Springfield!
Jeff Sanders with the Flintville Fish Hatchery picked up the Trout in the present day and introduced them in.
Stratton was in Springfield in the present day releasing the Trout on the bridge by the fairgrounds SITE ONE and the bridge by Travis Value Park. SITE TWO See video under.
“We launched over 500 trout in addition to a number of bigger (bonus) trout. We may also be stocking on January 27, 2021, and February 25, 2021,” Stratton mentioned. “All you want is a legitimate fishing license and a trout stamp with the intention to legally fish. Kids below 13 don’t want any kind of license. These fish are about 7-12 inches lengthy. They’re rainbow trout. A few of the fish might be 1-5lbs. A big number of rainbow trout.”
